Nutrition Supplements

There is no doubt that we can improve our health with nutrition supplements. Once upon a time, many so called experts in the medical field thought it was a crock and that all we needed to do was eat properly to get all the nutrition we needed. Not anymore. With the advent of green harvesting and the simple fact that our soil is eroding, we need nutrition supplements on a daily basis no matter how good we eat!

The best supplements for nutrition are well balanced and easily broken down by the body. The run of the mill junk sold by walmart and others is probably not going to cut it. The best way to look at it and decide which nutrition supplements you want to buy is this way. Look at the price of the cheapest and imagine that you will have to take 2 to 3 times as much to get the true nutrition assimilation as you would with a high quality product. Literally, that’s what it’s going to take.

I usually go into a nutrition and vitamin store and talk to an owner about certain supplements. These people are very often nutrition freaks. They know a ton of stuff. Of course a true nutritionist isn’t exactly a bad place to go either, but that will cost money that most of us don’t have.

We all need these nutritional supplements though. The food we’re eating is almost always harvested before it’s ripe. There’s no way you can get the true nutritional value from it. The roots dispense the majority of the vitamins and nutrition just before ripeness. But since it takes about 2 weeks for fruits and veggies to get to market, many farmers pick them early. Hence the reason we need these nutrition supplements in our diets.

The newer Phyto based nutrition supplements are some of the best. High quality ones can literally contain a whole day’s worth of recommended nutrition in the form of fruits and vegetables from one single serving. And it will only cost about 10% of what you would pay for the actual veggies or fruits. From a nutritional and financial standpoint, it doesn’t get any better than that. I recommend you mix it with something strong, like a cranberry juice or something because the taste of these nutrition supplements is terrible. But they are well worth it.

Online I recommend betterlife.com for a whole host of great nutrition supplements. I’ve looked around at dozens of sites. Nobody can match their prices and quality. So while some people may tell you they don’t need nutrition supplements, my advice is take them daily. The food we eat is just getting worse and worse. Without that proper nutrition, our bodies will continue to break down. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure is it not? Take your nutrition supplements daily, my friends!
